You can send us a report from the game. Open Settings with the gear on the title screen, or with the pause button at the top right while playing. At the bottom, tap Report a problem and answer the question for grown-ups. Write what happened, then tap Send by email. A screenshot helps us find the cause: tap Add a screenshot before you send.
Your mail app opens with your text. Under it, the game adds its version, your iPhone model, the iOS version, the language, how far you’ve played and your settings. It adds nothing about who you are, but like any email, it shows your email address. You see it all before it’s sent. If Mail isn’t set up on your iPhone, copy the address shown there, or tap Send with another app.
You can also email one@ashsoft.us. We answer in English or Korean, usually within a few days.
For grown-ups
Can a young child play?
Yes, if they can read short sentences. Wanderdew is for all ages. Dew and the neighbors talk in short lines. With Guide mode on, the goal line at the top shows the next step and an arrow points the way. A child who can’t read yet will need a grown-up to read along. Nothing scary happens: when Tori runs out of stamina, she falls asleep and wakes up at home. There is no chat, and there are no other players.
Why does a question for grown-ups appear?
The last three rows of Settings lead out of the game. Report a problem writes an email, and Support and Privacy policy open web pages. So each of them first opens a window titled For grown-ups, with a multiplication written in words, such as “thirteen times four”. Tap the answer on the number pad. A wrong answer brings a new question, and three wrong answers in a row close the window.
The question keeps a young child from opening a web page or writing an email alone. The question doesn’t ask anyone’s age and saves nothing.
Does the game collect anything about my child?
No. While your child plays, the game sends nothing: no usage data and no crash reports. There is no user name or password, and it never asks for a name, email address, phone number or location. Progress and settings stay on the iPhone. The only thing that leaves the game is a problem report, which a grown-up sends from their own mail app. The Privacy Policy lists everything a report contains.
Is my progress saved?
Yes, on your iPhone, as you play. The game keeps no copy on a server. If the game closes in the middle of a day, that day starts again from the morning; the map and what Tori has found stay. Deleting the game deletes your progress.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The game plays offline. Only the last three rows of Settings use the internet. A problem report waits in your mail app and goes out when you’re online. Support and Privacy policy open web pages.
Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Push the joystick at the bottom of the screen to walk. A small push makes Tori tiptoe, so critters do not notice; a full push makes her run, which uses more stamina. Stop next to berries, mushrooms or herbs and Tori picks them up; the paw button picks them at once. The ? button at the top right shows How to play.
How does the map work?
Clouds hide the places Tori has never seen. Dew draws what Tori sees, and the drawing stays on the map. Tap the minimap to open the big map, then tap a place you have been to and Tori walks there.
How do I get to the next region?
Light the region’s two mist lanterns (each one takes three glowcaps), then mend the vine lift and ride it. Tap the goal line at the top of the screen to open the notebook of things to do: it shows the next step and can point the way with an arrow.
What happens when Tori gets tired?
The leaves at the top show her stamina. Walking uses it, and food brings it back. Sleep in the bed at home or in Grandma’s tent to end the day. If the leaves run out, Tori falls asleep where she is and wakes up at home, but half of the things in her bag stay behind in a bundle. Go back and pick them up.
How do I start over?
Open Settings from the pause button at the top right and tap Erase progress. The map, the notebook, the chest and everything built are erased. Your settings stay as they are.
I play with my left hand.
In Settings, set Paw button to Left. The joystick moves to the other side.
How do I change the language?
Settings › Language: English, Korean or Japanese. “Phone setting” follows your iPhone’s language.
How do I turn off the arrows and tips?
Turn off Guide mode (tips and labels) in Settings.
Can I turn off sound or vibration?
Yes. Settings has separate switches for Sound effects, Music and Vibration.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds on the App Store are handled by Apple. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

메일 앱이 열리고, 적은 글 아래에 게임 버전, 휴대폰 기종, iOS 버전, 언어, 게임 진도, 설정이 붙어요. 이름이나 연락처는 붙지 않지만, 다른 메일처럼 보낸 사람의 메일 주소는 함께 전달돼요. 보내기 전에 모두 볼 수 있어요. iPhone에서 메일 앱을 설정하지 않았다면 화면에 나온 주소를 복사하거나 「다른 앱으로 보내기」를 누르세요.

어린아이도 할 수 있나요?
짧은 문장을 읽는 아이라면 혼자서도 할 수 있어요. Wanderdew는 누구나 하는 전 연령 게임이에요. 듀와 이웃은 짧은 문장으로 말해요. 가이드 모드를 켜 두면 위쪽 목표 줄에 다음 할 일이 나오고, 화살표가 길을 가리켜요. 아직 글을 못 읽는 아이는 어른이 옆에서 읽어 주세요. 무서운 일은 없어요. 체력이 다 떨어지면 토리는 잠들었다가 집에서 깨어나요. 채팅이 없고, 함께 하는 다른 플레이어도 없어요.
보호자 전용 문제가 나와요.
설정 맨 아래 세 줄은 게임 밖으로 이어져요. 「문제 신고하기」는 메일을 쓰고, 「고객 지원」과 「개인정보 처리방침」은 웹 페이지를 열어요. 그래서 세 줄 가운데 어느 것을 눌러도 먼저 「어른 확인」 창이 열려요. 「십삼 곱하기 사」처럼 글자로 쓴 곱셈 문제가 나오면 아래 숫자판으로 답을 누르세요. 틀리면 새 문제가 나오고, 세 번 연달아 틀리면 창이 닫혀요.
이 문제는 어린아이가 혼자 웹 페이지를 열거나 메일을 쓰지 않게 막아 줘요. 나이를 묻지 않고, 아무것도 저장하지 않아요.
게임이 모으는 정보가 있나요?
없어요. 아이가 노는 동안 게임은 이용 기록도, 오류 보고도 보내지 않아요. 아이디나 비밀번호가 없고, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치를 묻지 않아요. 진행 기록과 설정은 iPhone에만 저장돼요. 게임 밖으로 나가는 것은 보호자가 자신의 메일 앱으로 보내는 문제 신고뿐이에요. 신고 메일에 들어가는 내용은 개인정보 처리방침에 모두 적어 두었어요.
진행 기록은 저장되나요?
네. 플레이하는 동안 iPhone에 저장돼요. 서버에 따로 보관하지 않아요. 하루 도중에 게임이 꺼지면 그날 아침부터 다시 시작하고, 지도와 모은 것은 잃지 않아요. 게임을 지우면 진행 기록도 함께 지워져요.
인터넷이 있어야 하나요?
아니요. 인터넷 없이도 할 수 있어요. 인터넷을 쓰는 것은 설정 맨 아래 세 줄뿐이에요. 문제 신고 메일은 메일 앱에 있다가 인터넷에 연결되면 전송돼요. 「고객 지원」과 「개인정보 처리방침」은 웹 페이지가 열려요.

어떻게 하는 게임이에요?
왼쪽 아래 조이스틱을 밀면 걸어요. 살짝 밀면 살금살금 걸어서 벌레가 놀라지 않고, 끝까지 밀면 달리지만 체력이 더 빨리 줄어요. 열매나 버섯, 풀 옆에 서 있으면 토리가 알아서 따요. 오른쪽 아래 버튼을 누르면 바로 딸 수 있어요. 오른쪽 위 ? 버튼을 누르면 놀이 방법을 볼 수 있어요.
지도는 어떻게 넓어지나요?
구름에 가려진 곳은 아직 안 가 본 곳이에요. 한 번 가 본 곳은 다음 날에도 지도에 그대로 있어요. 미니맵을 누르면 큰 지도가 열리고, 가 본 곳을 누르면 토리가 그곳까지 걸어가요.
다음 지역으로는 어떻게 가나요?
지역마다 안개 등불 두 개를 켜야 해요. 등불 하나에 빛버섯 3개가 들어요. 그다음 덩굴 바구니를 고쳐서 타면 돼요. 화면 위쪽 목표 줄을 누르면 할 일 수첩이 열려요. 지금 할 일이 나오고, 「길 안내」를 누르면 화살표가 갈 곳을 가리켜요.
체력이 떨어지면 어떻게 되나요?
위쪽 잎이 체력이에요. 걸으면 줄고, 먹으면 다시 차요. 집 침대나 할머니의 작은 텐트에서 자면 하루를 마쳐요. 체력이 다 떨어지면 그 자리에서 잠들고 다음 날 아침 집에서 깨어나요. 가방 속 물건 절반은 잠든 곳에 보따리로 남으니 찾으러 가세요.
처음부터 다시 하려면요?
오른쪽 위 일시 정지 버튼에서 설정을 열고 「진행 지우기」를 누르세요. 지도와 도감, 상자에 넣은 물건, 만든 도구와 가구가 모두 지워져요. 설정은 그대로예요.
왼손으로 하고 싶어요.
설정의 「큰 버튼 위치」를 「왼쪽」으로 바꾸세요. 조이스틱은 반대쪽으로 옮겨 가요.
언어를 바꾸고 싶어요.
설정 › 언어에서 한국어, 영어, 일본어 가운데 고를 수 있어요. 「휴대폰 설정」을 고르면 iPhone 언어를 따라요.
화살표와 팁을 끄고 싶어요.
설정의 「가이드 모드: 길 안내와 팁」을 끄세요.
소리나 진동을 끌 수 있나요?
네. 설정에서 효과음, 음악, 진동을 따로 끌 수 있어요.

ゲームの中から報告を送れます。タイトル画面の歯車ボタンか、プレイ中の右上の一時停止ボタンで設定を開きます。いちばん下の「問題を報告する」を押して、「おうちの方へ」の問題に答えてください。何があったかを書いて「メールで送る」を押します。スクリーンショットがあると、原因を見つけやすくなります。送る前に「スクリーンショットを追加」を押してください。
メールアプリが開き、書いた文章の下に、ゲームのバージョン、機種、iOSのバージョン、言語、どこまで遊んだか、設定がつきます。名前や連絡先はつきませんが、ほかのメールと同じように、送った人のメールアドレスは届きます。送る前に、すべて見られます。iPhoneの「メール」アプリを設定していないときは、表示されたアドレスをコピーするか、「ほかのアプリで送る」を押してください。
one@ashsoft.us に直接メールを送っていただくこともできます。ふだんは数日以内に、英語または韓国語でお返事します。

小さな子どもでも遊べますか？
短い文が読めれば遊べます。Wanderdewは全年齢向けのゲームです。デューやなかまは、短い文で話します。ガイドモードをオンにすると、上の目標に次にすることが出て、矢じるしが行き先を指します。漢字にふりがなはついていません。まだ字が読めないお子さまや、漢字がむずかしいお子さまには、おうちの方がいっしょに読んであげてください。こわいことはありません。元気がなくなると、トリは眠って家で目を覚まします。チャットはなく、いっしょに遊ぶほかのプレイヤーもいません。
かけ算の問題が出るのはなぜ？
設定のいちばん下の3つは、ゲームの外につながっています。「問題を報告する」はメールを書き、「サポート」と「プライバシーポリシー」はWebページを開きます。そのため、どれを押しても、まず「おうちの方へ」の画面が開きます。「十三かける四」のように文字で書いたかけ算の問題が出たら、下の数字ボタンで答えを入れてください。まちがえると新しい問題が出て、3回続けてまちがえると画面が閉じます。
小さなお子さまが、ひとりでWebページを開いたり、メールを書いたりしないための問題です。年れいをたずねたり、何かを保存したりはしません。
子どもの情報を集めますか？
いいえ。お子さまが遊んでいるあいだ、ゲームは利用データもクラッシュレポートも送りません。IDやパスワードはなく、名前、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報もたずねません。進行状況と設定はiPhoneの中だけに保存されます。ゲームの外に出るのは、おうちの方がご自分のメールアプリで送る問題の報告だけです。報告のメールに入るものは、プライバシーポリシーにすべて書いてあります。
進行状況は保存されますか？
はい。遊んでいるあいだ、iPhoneに保存されます。サーバーには保存しません。1日のとちゅうでゲームが終了したときは、その日の朝からやり直しになりますが、地図や集めたものはなくなりません。ゲームを削除すると、進行状況も消えます。
インターネットは必要ですか？
いいえ。オフラインで遊べます。インターネットを使うのは、設定のいちばん下の3つだけです。問題の報告メールは、メールアプリの中で待って、インターネットにつながると送信されます。「サポート」と「プライバシーポリシー」はWebページが開きます。
よくある質問
どうやって遊ぶの？
画面の左下にあるスティックを動かすと歩きます。少しだけ動かすとトリがそっと歩くので、生き物に気づかれません。いっぱいまで動かすと走りますが、元気が早く減ります。木の実やキノコ、薬草のそばで止まると、トリが自動で集めます。右下の肉球ボタンを押すと、すぐに集められます。右上の「?」ボタンで遊び方を見られます。
地図はどうやって広がるの？
トリがまだ見たことのない場所は、雲にかくれています。トリが見た場所はデューが地図にかいてくれて、そのまま残ります。ミニマップをタップすると地図が開き、行ったことのある場所をタップすると、トリがそこまで歩いていきます。
次のエリアへはどう行くの？
エリアごとに、きりのランタンを2つともします。ランタンひとつに、ひかりダケが3つ必要です。そのあと、つるのリフトを直して乗ります。画面の上の目標をタップするとノートが開き、次にすることが見られます。矢じるしで行き先を教えてもらうこともできます。
元気がなくなるとどうなるの？
上の葉っぱがトリの元気です。歩くと減り、食べると回復します。家のベッドかおばあちゃんのテントでねると、1日が終わります。元気がなくなると、その場で眠ってしまい、次の朝は家で目を覚まします。バッグの中の物は半分、眠った場所につつみになって残るので、拾いに行きましょう。
最初からやり直したい
右上の一時停止ボタンから設定を開き、「データを消す」を押します。地図やスケッチ帳、箱にしまった物、作った物がすべて消えます。設定はそのままです。
左手で遊びたい
設定の「肉球ボタン」を「左」にします。スティックは反対側に移ります。
言語を変えたい
設定 › 言語で、日本語・英語・韓国語から選べます。「スマホの設定」を選ぶと、iPhoneの言語に合わせます。
矢じるしやヒントを消したい
設定の「ガイドモード（ヒントと名前）」をオフにします。
音や振動を消せますか？
はい。設定で、効果音、音楽、振動をそれぞれオフにできます。
